I have been trying to have someone contact me regarding my outstanding bill, I have called twice and received no return phone call. I went to Marin Health ER because I knew there was an infusion clinic at this location. I needed a three day infusion, my neurologist in Seattle said he could not write orders at this hospital so told me to go to ER to have the order written. Went to ER to have orders written for a 3 day infusion, as the hospital has an infusion clinic. My out of town neurologist could not write orders directly so told me to go to the ER to get the orders written. So day 1 in the ER, I pay $350 co pay -- told they could NOT get paperwork processed fast enough for day 2 of the infusion to be done at the infusion clinic IN THE SAME HOSPITAL, so told to return to the ER for day 2 of the infusion, once again charged $350 ER co pay, and once again they can not get me into the in... read more
RecommendedHad my bouncing beautiful baby here! It wasn't exactly easy, but I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff here. The maternity nurses were so ridiculously kind and understanding. We spent almost a week there, and there was a night when our newborn just would not stop crying. As new parents, we were panicked that something was genuinely wrong with him (we were new parents) and we were just so, so tired. I had the best care at MGH. The nurses, assistants, doctors, and housekeepers were so nice, so welcoming, so informed, and all of this made me feel very safe during the scariest days of my life. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the help you provided my boyfriend and me. I’ll never forget! 💕

i used to love Marin General and now I am beyond upset. Firat that the lab at the hospital no longer does outpatient labs. My son has a chronic illness and needs labs drawn periodically. We were very happy with the Novato lab location until today when we found out it was Quest and they refused to draw all of his labs saying it was too much. We have been here over 2 hours trying to get a satisfactory instruction from a Doctor to advise which labs should be drawn and which ones not to draw until Monday. I have to say that the first visit to this Hospital was not the best, the only reason at this point that I am recommending it is because of the nursing and support staff. My son in law was in a near fatal accident on 8/7/18 he was hit at 70 miles an hr while at a stop sign. It left him in a coma.He has a wife and 5 children. He just turned 33 yrs this month.He was treated in the trauma center @Kaiser VV then transferred to Kentfield Hospital for TBI patients.
