I’m new to the system and overall I’m happy so far. I thought the office staff on Sept 9 was wonderful and Mason & the nurse assistant was fantastic! In fact, the nurse assistant was helping at reception and for intake in the room – and she did her job with such a nice & welcoming attitude. The reason I didn’t give a higher rating is I called this morning, because my confirmation of the next appointment clearly stated it was in person – however, it was supposed to be a video.
