Libed here 4 years then the old super left amd mayhem ensued. New super refuses to quiet loud tenants and walls are thin. People without jobs or credit are allowed to move in. Was harassed by new neighbor for 6 months, she said she had 2 kids had 6 so up to 10 people were living in a 2 bedroom. All were vampires, no jobs, no school. Other than that maintenance is good. Moved out before lease couldn't take it anymore. Updated 6/10/22
