Nassim arrived when he said he would, was kind, respectful, helpful and professional. He took plenty of time to look at my water heater and gave 3 options. He also looked at my water pressure and patiently explained what was needed. Although he only was here to give me a quote, and I haven't made up my mind yet, I would definately recommend him. Great job - give this man a raise!

Nassim is a great plumber who expertly installed my new toilet. He is honest and very knowledgeable advising me to fix the wax ring holder to avoid future problems. He did a great job OK, here’s what I wrote. You wanna see what I wrote and cleaned up the area. I am very satisfied and will call him in the future to do new work!

We had Marine Service come out to replace our water heater that was old and leaky. The service technician (Nassim Sebaoui) was friendly and professional. He assessed the water heater issue quickly, provided us with multiple options that were reasonably priced, and he installed the new one quickly. He explained how everything worked and he cleaned up thoroughly and everything worked correctly. I will definitely recommend Nassim and Marine Service again.

Thank you Nassim for coming back out today and repairing the sewer pipe that we accidentally put holes in. Your positive attitude and you taking the time to explain things to me again was so nice.
