Very responsive company. Michael, the service tech, was prompt, professional and did a great job fixing our water softener. I feel like we’re in good hands if we need future services! An added bonus: Michael was super friendly with our dog! 🐶 I’m sure all the service techs are good, but we hope we always get Michael!

Great service from Ian, was very helpful and informative. He let me know about all of the options I had a the pros and cons of each one. Quick response back from scheduling and a fast and efficient repair job. Definitely using them again in the future!
They did an amazing job with changing the valves and making sure my hot water was working correctly before they left. I just bought a new place and there were a few things that needed to be fixed plumbing wise.
