The reviews are all true, avoid renting here if you can. Over the course of living here for 15 months we have had working AC and heating for less than half. Ohio Tenant Law states that heating must be provided, and yet, during the winter months we were without heating and into the spring without AC. To their very minor credit they did offer us $200 off on account of "disruption of the AC installation", even though we had requested $500/month for 3-months that the AC and Heat were not working. Horrible management!! My husband and I lived at Mariner’s Watch for about 3 years during his medical residency. When My Place Group took over management, the quality of the apartments immediately declined. We went without consistent heating for the majority of the winter with frequently broken AC during the summer. My Place group provided space heaters but made little to no attempts to permanently fix the problem, and were rude and arrogant when we complained.
