Checked into our room only to find bugs in our bed. We had purchased the family suit room. The windows had spiders crawling around and the beds had bugs crawling on top of the sheets. Front desk lady was nice and refunded up. Rooms 0/5. Service 4/5.
Seemed so much better last time I stayed. They "gym" is trash, so just don't try it. If they cut down all of the bushes that surround the room, the bugs wouldn't be so bad.
Came for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool and pool table, (we like pool). Told pool had not been open for quite a while, said since May. And only a ping pong table and some with other thing, could not tell you what it is. We're never told about the things not available when booked. Will be contesting the bill. Ruined our weekend.
It was well located great for a weekend stay
Great place to stay. It's like home away from home, basically a small apartment.
