The management team for Mariners Quay HOA is horrible. Community manager Mona Scott will not respond to your issues at all and seems to only be concerned with problems that the BOARD has not the residents. A waste of money!!
I moved here in July, I believe this community board is racist and discriminates against its residents.
They like to add charges to your HOA without due diligence and its ridiculous what the charge or the fee of the HOA is with little they do. I feel like they are some corporate scam.
Disgusting. This place was amazing to live until the new manager Amy. I am So disappointed and so are most of our neighbors. Unfortunately Amy has given us the cold shoulder and tells us “to pack our bags” this has happened to elderly and our Soldiers!!! Something has to give before all of our amazing neighbors are ran out.
