I love the location and convenience of this facility, however, I use a walker and am unable to use stairs. I have been to the building several times over the last few months, and every time I have been here the elevator (only one) is out of order. It seems inappropriate for a medical building to have a non-operational elevator. There is a handicap accessible ramp, however it is up a steep incline, through the parking lot, and on a far end of the building.
