We were long time renters here at Mariners Cove. We saw a few landlords come and go. Lori was always responsive to requests and questions. We definitely felt taken care of here. It is a smaller complex which we liked. It was upgraded a few years back and the upgrades were great! Especially the in unit washer/dryers...It also felt much safer once it became a gated community. Responded very quickly to my concern. He was extremely kind. I didn’t feel judged. He didn’t make me feel like Inwas taking up his time. Very impressed!
I’ve enjoyed living here. The property is kept clean, maintenance has been responsive, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
