Responded very quickly to my concern. He was extremely kind. I didn’t feel judged. He didn’t make me feel like Inwas taking up his time. Very impressed!
I’ve enjoyed living here. The property is kept clean, maintenance has been responsive, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
Lived here for a year and it was a wonderful experience! The grounds and pool were always nice and clean! The manager and maintenance man always were very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
My husband and I lived at Mariners Cove from December 31, 2014 until we recently moved after purchasing our first home. Spending nearly 11 years there says a lot about our experience. Over the years, we had several wonderful managers, and our last manager, Lori, was especially amazing. She was understanding, responsive, and genuinely cared about residents.
