Lived here for 5 years. Lori is the best property manager. She always made sure the property was well kept and any issues was resolved immediately.
Lived here for a year. Really enjoyed living here. Only moved out for more space. Lori the property manager made it a really great experience. She took care of issues promptly and really cares about her tenants. Abundio the maintenance guy also was very nice and fixes issues fast and with quality.
Safe and quiet location. Clean grounds. Maintenance has been quick to address the few issues that have come up for me. Lori is friendly and helpful and makes an effort to build relationships with the community.
I have lived at Mariners Cove for many years. . It is a great community. Neighbors are friendly. I love that it’s pet friendly. The property is well kept. Abundio, the maintenance person, is courteous and responds quickly for repairs. Lori the manager is outstanding. She goes above and beyond for her residents. I love living here!
I recently moved out of Mariners Cove Apartments due to a work relocation, and I can honestly say that my four years living here were fantastic. I would have stayed much longer if I could have! The community is welcoming and well-maintained, and the overall living experience was exceptional.
