At one time this place was amazing. It definitely needs some updates, it looks wore out. Family night should be cut to two hours instead of three. It interferes with working seniors swimming workouts. They need to keep an eye on children not being in the pool or hot tub area on week days. Other then that it is ok.
I miss the gym-since Covid I haven't been back there but, I really did enjoy my membership until the prices started to increase due to covid- I couldn't really afford to pay a separate fee for swimming beside from my membership fee-people are friendly there, They had lots of great classes included with membership. They keep it as clean as possible.
How are you guys charging members for services you aren’t providing? The charges for each mon have been different for whatever reason. I’ve reached out via email and never received a response!
