Mold and Cockroaches the staff call "Waterbugs" – Lots of mold which I complained about and cockroaches ("waterbugs"). The mold in the bathroom was disgusting; they just painted over it and never eliminated it after I complained. There also was a ton of mold in the air conditioner that I could never eliminate. The mold was even growing under the linoleum in the bathroom. The ceiling also leaked from our upstairs onto our dining room table that made the wood rot, this was not good. Terrible value for the money ... Look elsewhere! – Unless you have a dog, there is no valuable reason to live here. It seems everyone who is having difficulty finding a rental home that allows for pets, is relocating here. In addition to the dog noise and smell, there are many children who live here. Most of the time the noise level is crazy. It's as if the parents let the children run wild, without any supervision. Management never steps in to correct things.
