Worthless and pathetic, they never take responsiblity for their behavior. They are chronic victims and always blame others and say one thing and then another diffirent thing then act completely fake to your face. Allen uses words he has no idea what they mean like oxidation. When all else fails they will threaten and try to intimidate you. Angie slept her way into ownership she has no clue what she is doing. In the over 20 real estate transactions we've had with them, they have always performed honorably and have been forthcoming and forthright with all issues as they've occurred. We continue to value them as business partners and friends.
I have had the most wonderful rental experience with Angie and Mariner Realty – a landlord relationship spanning 2 decades and multiple rental properties. They are diligent, fair, upfront, and attentive in all matters. If anyone has had a less than stellar experience with Mariner, I suspect it's either because they didn't hold up their end of the deal, weren't entirely honest, and/or didn't take care of the property.
