this place sucks! they never return your call, you can never get a hold of anybody to pay your bill on time, then when you pay your bill and have to get a lock taken off because they wouldn't return your call, they tell you that it's going to be a week before somebody can come out and take a lock off. I would not recommend this place to anybody. even if they offered you free storage. don't do it you'd make a big mistake!
I've been trying to get ahold of someone for WEEKS. This happens all the time and I end up in auction status due to no fault of my own. Currently trying to pay my bill and can't get a hold of anyone when I call or a call back.
