Solid 3 1/2 stars, if I could give halves. This place wasn’t bad and it wasn’t great… It was honestly a mediocre hotel. When we got there, they told us that the elevator was broken, so we had to carry all our bags upstairs … not a terrible thing, but honestly, it seemed like a precursor. The room with the games had a broken game machine and when we asked for balls for the pool table- we were told that the pool table is broken. I’m not sure how you break a pool table, but apparently we weren’t allowed to play on that either. ... read more
Amazing hotel! I look forward to coming back every year and enjoying my time at LBI food wise pearl of a location
This was our third year with our group of about 40. Clean nicely decorated rooms and excellent facilities. Friendly, helpful desk clerks and friendly management.
Me and my fiancée have stayed here a few times. And honestly the bad reviews are funny. Cause they're nonsense. Like.....you can tell the type of ppl who never worked in customer service before. And honestly from some of the bad reviews you can tell who can't read detailed information! Lolz But from this 29 year olds p.o.v and experience. This hotel was great. The property was so clean, the people were so nice and got us into our room hours before checkin! Beach chairs and beach tags.. oh oh and PAC Man machine! Truly fabulous stay!
