Refused to help me and stated 'when my application reaches the front of the queue, they will call me' instead of just helping me when I called in after sitting on hold for 15 minutes. To top this all off, you can't find maturity dates anywhere online so the only way to find out when your last payment will be is to call in and they don't have time to talk to you.
Third loan with Mariner. Process was very easy and timely with great customer service.
