Samantha, the manager at this branch is a terrible manager. My father became disabled during the term of this loan. The manager here has no sympathy for families going through tough times. I will be contacting BBB to report your business practices. Our family found out my father had a disability clause in his loan agreement. The manager hid that from us and proceeded to sent letters in the mail that we never received. After the insurance partially paid the loan company, I simply called to ask when we will receive our portion... read more
