Aaron here at the Lima branch was very helpful, professional, he spoke clear and was easy to understand (because im hearing impaired). I will have to say that this staff seems a little more friendly than the ones I came in contact with when they was at the other building. Also I think Corporate need to stop blowing up people's phones and put more trust in their local branch employees. Why are they blowing up my phone when everything is said and done? Other than that my experience was pretty good.
Mike was fantastic couldn’t have asked for an easier smoother experience.
