Sade was fabulous. The team was great. It was a positive experience. I will do it again.
The store has the worst customer service. They are kind when giving you a new loan. However, after the new loan is processed any contact afterwards is verbally abusive. They give different answers for company policy. They run your credit report without your permission. Shardaye, Amanda,and Kay need to be retrained on customer service techniques and store policy. Avoid this store at all cost.
