The building floods with sewage due to the age of the pipes. It has happened to a few of my neighbors who live here. There's usually a weird smell that's old and musty. The rent increases have gone up dramatically in the past few years with no added amenities for residents. There seems to a be a lot of greed going around. The washing machines are front loaders and always have mold and nastiness in them. It's a great location and the longtime residents are very friendly.
