Had an outstanding experience at MarineMax Venice. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Rafael at the fuel dock — he went above and beyond with his friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and absolutely top-notch. You can really tell they care about their customers and their marina. Looking forward to coming back again soon. I am a delivery captain and had some issues between Texas and Florida. Of course we roll in there like we were the only people on earth that are having boat problems. Well guess what? The maintenance manager treated us exactly that way. Mr. Peter Rose was a pleasure to work with. We rolled in there one afternoon and he had us going by the next afternoon.
