Completely incompetent. We bought our new boat here and paid extra for the highest end warranty. Not once has anything that has been wrong with or boat been covered by the warranty. But this isn't even the worst of it. We are coming up on one year or from Irma where our boat suffered damage. It took 9 MONTHS for marinemax to return our continuous calls about having it brought in for maintenance. And then WEEKS once they've had it to even look at it.
