Very disappointed with MarineMax ORC. Sold me an unreliable boat that had issues. then made expensive unnecessary repairs that did not fix the steering issues and I had to have another whaler dealer address. MarineMax ORC refused to make any adjustments to the multiple service invoices which didn’t address the issue for which they profited at my expenses. Visited this store last week while visiting family. A sweet young girl really made my experience above and beyond I believe her name was Maddy! I also loved this store had great merchandise AND awesome fishing gear
I’ve dealt with two Marine Max locations. Trust when I tell you that Marine Max Ocean Reef is a standard above the norm. The service both by the sales staff and service staff has been extraordinary. I can’t remember the last time I’ve received such high quality customer service from any industry. Kudos to Richard and Jason.
