Marine Max Norwalk Ct is a great operation. I had a small warranty item to be completed on our 17 Whale. I called to schedule and they had me come in the next day to complete the work. Fast, efficient, helpful, and professional crew in all departments!! Thank you

Very disappointed with the sales team, was told many false statements by Bryan and despite being told they'd have a boat ready for purchase ahead of the 4th of July holiday and that not being true - we still pursued the purchase in earnest. Have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by a sales team member when the trade price failed to get to agreement despite clear communications. Not sure if this is MarineMax or just an individual issue, but would proceed with great caution before investing a ton of time.
