I left the parts department feeling cheated, so buyer beware. I had gone into MarineMax Norwalk to get a navigation chip for a used boat I purchased last fall. There were 2 options for the chip, and the salesperson was unsure which one was correct. I gave him the hull number, but unfortunately thought I had a Garmin unit rather than a Raymarine. Purchased small boat using MarineMax's financing with M&T Bank. Sold the boat over a month ago 7/5/25 and still waiting for title over a month later! Buyer very upset, and M&T is inept.
I usually do not get around to leaving many reviews but I have to give the parts department 5 stars. I have a Sea Ray 350 Sundancer and my hatch rams stopped working in the up position so I called here and spoke to Christian and he was able to source me 2 new ones in 1 day. I was very impressed and as a business owner myself its refreshing to see employees go the extra mile for their customers. From now on, whenever I need something for my boat I will be calling Christian and the crew at MarineMax Norwalk.
