Very disappointed with the sales team, was told many false statements by Bryan and despite being told they'd have a boat ready for purchase ahead of the 4th of July holiday and that not being true - we still pursued the purchase in earnest. Have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by a sales team member when the trade price failed to get to agreement despite clear communications. Not sure if this is MarineMax or just an individual issue, but would proceed with great caution before investing a ton of time.
Not a good experience buying a used 2014 sea ray sundeck from Nick Martinez. Nick and Jameson were both responsive in the sales process and got the boat in the requested time frame. The boat was winterized and I opted not to do a sea trial, which has turned out to be a costly mistake. The engine starts but does not accelerate. Current boat mechanics have replaced the trim sensor, the coil packs and the plugs. The issue persists. The team sold me a boat with a faulty engine. No one likes dishonesty.
