I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the service dept. I recently bought an older Grady white and the water pump went out. After finding no one to work on it I took it to marine max. I spoke with Wayne and he said they usually don't work on >10 year old boats they didn't sell but bring it in and we will perform a "b service". Perfect option since it was new to me. Wonderful place in all aspects. Staff is always amazing! They always have a beautiful showroom floor. And it's worth mentioning this is a company that sponsors a few "very" worthy events which is always a bonus in my books.
