I called Mike Anderson with a starting issue on our Nautique G25 Tuesday evening 6/30. The next day, Wednesday July 1st I received a call from Elena the service writer confirming my issue and she was able to get a tech right out. The tech diagnosed the issue, Elena called me to confirm the estimate and ordered the parts which were to be received the next day.
