My experience with this medical office, in particular Dr. Muenz and the ARNP's that support the practice, have been nothing but positive for the last 8 years I have been going there. Dr. Muenz has been my blessing and I am more than happy with his professionalism, care and understanding. I am a senior and trust without reservation the treatment I receive on a regular basis. Please ignore the negative comments that have been left by others.
I chose Dr Caballero about 3 months ago since my wife was going to him it was easier for me and her. The first visit he took the time and sent me for blood work and my wife and a follow up, the following month I went for the dr visit and I was a diabetic due to the results. He put me on meds and a follow up blood work to see if things were going better, we went to the appointment last Friday 12-17-2021 and he had computer issues, we waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen and he saw us both for no ore than 5 minutes, my ... read more
This place is the worst. I come in, have to pay just get my prescriptions refilled. Then they never put my order in, actually i have to physically go there bc most of the time no one answers, they tell me I have to make another appointment!!! What are we doing here?! This happens all of the time. They have wasted so much of my time...
The worst medical staff ever!! Do not come here if you are in need of medical care, because they do NOT CARE at all!! Will let you go for 2 weeks without Blood Pressure medications & will not re-refill long term meds until they can bill your insurance again! They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!
