I’m a tenant and I really I want to talk with the real owner and not with the people who work at the office. They doing all wrong and making mistakes and at the end I have to pay because they don’t do the job. They abuse and lie to the tenant and maybe the owner don’t know they don’t do the right job. Please I need a straigh contact ( the owner or top management! who contract the office in Astoria. The owners Need to know the real true how to they work in the office. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. Yes It's a place to live, but even if you keep your rent paid on time they still add late fees. Hope you can make your own repairs. They charge 50.00 bucks for whatever you need fixing And one of the maintenance personal when called for an emergency situation or any other problem always says "I'm not supposed to be here you know". Rude and incompetent staff. Especially the district manager you would think is professional but is the most rude and disrespectful person in the office. The management office never manages anything and makes you wait weeks and months to even give a new key to enter the building or mail box. Really just a joke of a management office. You are literally better off applying for section 8 somewhere else because they will help you more than these people will
