High cost for cheap garbage ! Go figure! 🤮👎
I stayed here in December and our stay was very pleasant, nothing wrong with it. However, we were told we’d receive a 10% reimbursement for the pool and lanai’s being closed for cleaning and updates while we were there. Prior to arriving I had messaged them online and they said I’d receive the reimbursement when I arrived. Once I got there they said I would need to contact the people online for a reimbursement.
