It was a decent place, but has roaches and ant infestation in the room we stayed at, no working TV or AC, and no help when we ran out of towels and toilet paper, no service no help with anything. Don’t stay here there’s way better locations without bugs and actual good service!

location, service is unbelievable, absolutely perfect
The hotel was infested with bedbugs and roaches. They bit us and infested our clothes and luggage. We asked to be relocated and we were denied. We were told by Marine Surf by Tropical Escapes Realty that pest are a naturally occurring thing. The unit was also not as depicted on their website. The unit was dirty and everything was outdated and not working. We have to pay an exterminator to eliminate the bedbugs and roaches. We also went to the doctor to relieve symptoms from bites.
This was an Airbnb unit in the hotel. It was a lovely accommodation, centrally located in Waikiki, free parking, and even though it was not a hotel property, the hotel staff was wonderful. We'd go back for sure!
