Highly recommend for A/C work. Very impressed with recent visit. I placed a call on a Saturday afternoon, and Nick had us up and running that evening. Prompt, equipped with parts, reasonably priced, friendly and professional.

We have used this company many times over 20 years on two different boats. They have done repairs and installation on our a/c units, generators and refrigerators. They have never let us down. Yeah, you may have to wait a little, but this is boating...these are atypical systems that require time for diagnosis and parts. They know their stuff and are very courteous. We will continue to use them for all theses reasons and their fair costs. The new owner is highly responsive and only looking to improve the company even more.

We needed some help with our Sea Frost refrigeration system on our sailboat. We were told several times by the whoever answered the phone to keep trying as we got closer to Eastern Long Island. In fact, we even got a phone call saying that they were ready to come and service us. We hadn’t reached the place where they wanted to service us, but we would be there in two days and were told to call back that morning to confirm. Upon calling we were told “oh we don’t service Sea Frost”. No apologies. No explanation for at best was... read more
