I needed a new toilet for my sailboat and decided to pay the premium to purchase at a local shop rather than online, in part to get a recommendation for installers. Nothing worse than asking for information when you know nothing. I had a toilet in a boat and a general idea of what it may be. I have been down this road before and usually It’s a dead end with no response or the response is something along the line of “we need more information”. These guys are just awesome. Their knowledge of marine sanitation systems (in my case, VacuFlush) is unparalleled. I try to order from them as much as I can (even though I'm across the country on the east coast) and they are my go-to for questions.
Fantastic outfit... After trips to home depot, Rona and 2 specialty plumbing stores I couldn't find the fittings I needed. MSS had exactly what I needed and shipped it out the next day. Had a small hiccup and they took care of it seamlessly. 10/10 experience.
