Fantastic outfit... After trips to home depot, Rona and 2 specialty plumbing stores I couldn't find the fittings I needed. MSS had exactly what I needed and shipped it out the next day. Had a small hiccup and they took care of it seamlessly. 10/10 experience.

Outstanding service! I placed an order but accidentally selected the wrong color - wasn't a huge deal but more of a preference and I reached out to the company less than an hour after ordering to see if they would be able to swap it out for the right color. Within an hour I had gotten a text from Leah as she tracked down the package (it was about to go out because that's how fast they are!), and she was on it.
