Nice clean and specious apartment about 1.4km walk from Southport central and Australia Fair shopping centre. Secure building with direct access to parklands and Broadwater cycle and walking trails. Nice friendly staff and each apartment has car parks. Great views. Has kitchen and laundry.
We needed last minute accommodation due to unseen circumstances. I saw this place listed on several booking sites, and went with the best offer. I paid and we started our hike to the apartments. Over an hour later I got a call saying that there was a mistake on their end, and there are no rooms available. Further to this, they didn't try to help find alternate accommodation, they didn't offer compensation, and though we got a refund it was a little tricky due to booking site stating non-refundable. This is a great stay if you don’t like sleep! This property do not disclose the ongoing construction that is happening at the property, their pool and gym is not available either (also not disclosed at time of booking). They claim you can’t hear the noise in the rooms which is rubbish, I can hear it all and check out my view! I would not have booked this property if this information was disclosed at the time of booking. great service, free private parking, nice and clean rooms, beautiful location and view - pool area is closed and had a little trouble checking in, other than that we had a great experience and stay here at Cllix Marine Quarter apartments
