On March 10th we called and spoke with Michelle at Marine One Services and relayed to her that we were experiencing an electrical problem on our liveaboard motoryacht that needed professional diagnosis. After advising you to go new, you cheapened up and wanted rebuilt. We told you, via e-mail, that there are no warranties on rebuilt parts, you said to use rebuilt, “much better” in the terms of a price from new vs. rebuilt. You contact me a month later stating, “Michelle, We have a problem. The starboard trim cylinder is still leaking. The boat is now in Orlando and will not be returning to the Cape. I had a leak in my trim/tilt system on my boat. I hired M1 to repair it. They installed a rebuilt cylinder. Upon completion I hauled the boat to my home 35 miles away. Upon arrival it was discovered that it still leaked. I told them that they must come to my home to complete the repair and they refused. I was invited to bring the 32' boat 35 miles so they could take another stab at the repair. I am being forced to have it repaired by a local mechanic and will deal with M1 later.
