On March 10th we called and spoke with Michelle at Marine One Services and relayed to her that we were experiencing an electrical problem on our liveaboard motoryacht that needed professional diagnosis. She told my wife that they were very busy and it would be mid-April before they could have someone out. At that time we made an appointment with Michelle for Monday, April 13th.
