this doctor doesn't even believed me!what a bad doctor!I was coughing since 4 weeks then he told me antibiotics doesn't work for me!WTH my own personal doctor came back from vacation and prescribed me antibiotics!after 10 days I am fine!what a bad clinic
Holy I was told that I had an appointment coming up on Wednesday at 9:50 am. I said sure, and time comes I realized I never got a text to confirm and just stupidly waited by the phone for an hour and nothing. Receptionist here sucks not the first time they screw over on appointments. Doctors are amazing here just seriously hire better staff or replace the damn management for receptionist. Can’t even call to the office other than leaving messages that no one responds back.
I was supposed to have an appointment today to refill my prescription. I don't have enough to make it to my next appointment so now I have to figure it out. Dr.Maholtra was completely unavailable despite my appointment he was not even aware that he was supposed to be working today. Please take my feedback into consideration. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
I feel torn for leaving a bad review because I genuinely love the doctors here, but the receptionists here are utterly useless. They book you in for the wrong time, they cancel your appointment without any warning, and they never answer phone calls. I hope this reaches the management team as they should fire them all.
I highly recommend this clinic! My family doctor, Dr. Brian Britton, is incredibly patient and responsible. The entire staff is supportive and professional. This is by far the best clinic in great Vancouver area..I had been to two other clinics near Brentwood before and was disappointed with the care I received, but this clinic truly exceeded my expectations.
