Being in the customer service industry, Roxana in service was fantastic. I can’t say enough about her engagement and communication during the process while boat was there. She sent photos and videos along with JP the tech explaining some items that needed addressing. Felt she was fair in the additons and boat was returned clean and ready to go.
Roxanne at Marine Connection of Miami is a true professional and boat enthusiast. She treats your boat as if it is her own. She and her team recently sanded and repainted the bottom of my boat after a local boat dealership almost ruined my boat by applying an incompatible paint causing severe electrolysis. Additionally Marine connection performed the 300 hour service and detailed my boat. Their work was excellent at a fair price and completed in a timely manner. Communication was outstanding.
Roxanna and her team knocked it out of the park needed my 2024 239 Seahunt for a fishing trip in less than 4 days my boat was ready to be picked up from maintenance and service Roxanna knocked it out the park if there is anyone with a Seahunt contact Roxanna

ABOVE & BEYOND EXPECTATIONS We purchased a new boat out of state and, upon delivery, there were a couple of minor warranty items including a missing cleat and some superficial gelcoat scratches. We were sent to Marine Connection of Miami for the warranty repairs. We contacted Marine Connection of Miami service manager, Roxana, and we scheduled an appointment. Roxana is amazing.
