RecommendedFolks lots of people say they work on boats! Last year I had taken my team boat for the Carthage Bass Team to Grove! I needed 2 things done that cost me $275! i got it back only to find out it hadn't been touched! Stinger Sam Stanley highly recommended I go to the Marine Center! I did take his advice and I can tell u after the HONESTY I found there my boats will never be touched by another mechanic! My family has been going to Kim since I was a young man, Papa Jack & Unkl Joe swear by the Marine Center..... Now that I’m a boat owner and have had work done it was easy to pick where I was taking my boats..... I recently had a leaf spring break and caused my axle to fail, it came off trailer at 55 mph Luckily I was fine my trailer not so much, the process of getting it in and accessing the damage was quick by Kim & the guys. took boat in with a few problems...no spark and was missing .. was charged over 600 dollars .. it now had spark and ran a bit better but still missing.. was told they took it and ran it but obviously not or would have known it wasnt fixed... took it back. they changed fuel lines. cleaned carbs. and put filter on.. was told AGAIN they ran it.. and AGAIN . if they WOULD have ran it they would have KNOWN it still wasnt fixed. one person told me they ran it. then was told when i got there they put it on the muffs. but was told i... read more

Hands down the worst company to deal with ever. The receptionist 'Cindy' is absolutely rude and worthless. After spending 5000 dollars on my motor, the owner Kim doesn't have 3 minutes to get on a phone call and answer a question about my motor. I've had nothing but trouble ever since they have worked on my boat. There method of operation is drop off your boat and let it sit in their yard and they will get to it when they get to it. Horrible customer service. I have no idea how they stay in business.
