Do not book this place! Yes great location but the room is average at best and absolutely reaked of cigarette smoke. My wife and child could not stay there. We made numerous phone calls over days to try to get them to move our room or to get a refund and they went silent. We made our booking through Airbnb and even they couldn't get them to honour a refund. Thankfully Airbnb were amazing and they refunded us. Please stay away from this place and Kingscliff accommodation holiday rentals
Vomit or Mould Unit 3/36 either had a bath overflow causing unhealthy mould in the carpet or had someone vomit on the carpet or both. The place smelled putrid and probably unhealthy dangerous to stay in. The putrid carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced with tiles and the place needs a general refurb. I upgraded the service aspect, as they replaced the unacceptable unit with a very good much larger apartment and compensated with a bottle of wine.
1 star is pushing the boundaries of this property!!!!! Firstly it falsed adversisted it had a kitchen and it didnt just a grotty microwave to match the dirty cutlery and plates and chipped stained cups The place was filthy and had a rusty old pedastool fan that went straight outside with the dirty balcony and old dirty daybed.
