Ponds look terrible with lots of surface algae I have asked for this to be addressed with the tech onsite and requested a call from someone but nothing has changed. Also islands are free floating and should be secured.

Justin services my pond and he is the best. He communicates regularly with me to ask if there is anything I would like him to work on and to let me know what he plans on doing when he is there. Hopefully, everyone in the company is as thoughtful and consistent as him. I also like the reports I receive after each service.
Horrible company! Their driver road raged and illegally passed me on a freeway shoulder and threw a large rock at my vehicle out of his window, cracking my front windshield. Police report has been filed! This company obviously has horrible and unsafe/unhinged employees. It is a miracle that I was not injured due to their driver's unsafe and criminal behavior.
