I actually didn't do business with these guys but they gave me a referral. They took the time to discuss the issue, find out about problem, and gave me very considered referral to someone that could help me. If I ever do have a need for services these guys provide, I won't hesitate to give them a call. Fantastic customer support from fantastic human beings.
I'm a Store Manager at a Storage Facility nearby and I spoke with John and his wife today and they were the best to do business with. John is knowledgeable, fair, and simple to work with. Most importantly, he shows up in a professional manner and wants the business experience to be as best as possible.
I called for an appointment for my Johnson on 08/2024. I was told the next available appointment was 03/2025. Not timely once so ever!
I took my 72 Yamaha 250 Enduro to have tubes and tires replaced. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as being extremely thorough. Nothing but positive experience there.
