She told me the price for washing hair is 5-10 bucks, depends on my hair length and the payment method (cash is lower). But after finished washing, she asked me to blow up my hair myself otherwise she'd charge more. Shouldn't it be included in the service? I agreed because I hurt my elbow and I'm not able to raise my arm. She ended up charging me 20 bucks. I said I have cash shouldn't it be less than 20, she still charged me 20.
