I had a great two years at Marina Walk! The staff—Yvette, Erica, and AJ—were always incredibly friendly and helpful. I only moved because the rent increased and the apartment started to feel a bit cramped for the price. That said, it’s a wonderful place and I highly recommend it if it fits your budget!
Marina Walk is the best place I’ve ever lived. I’ve lived here for 3 years, moved out of state, and then moved back to Florida- could’ve lived anywhere, but I found myself moving back to Marina Walk. This is not just apartment living, it is fully a home. From maintenance to office staff, especially Mikayla, this is the best group of people. I lived in Marina walk from 2022 until 2025 and had a great experience there until it was time for me to move. I accidentally paid a full month rent instead of the prorated rent for my last few weeks being there I asked several times for them to return/refund my overpayment. Instead, they took my overpayment and used it to excessively charge me move out fees. I’m sure these fees would NOT have been charged if I didn’t have the excess overpayment amount.
