I’ve been living here since 2022, and I can say this place is amazing! You can see that everything was planned with love and excellence—the clubhouse, sky lounge, pool area, office space... everything makes you feel like you're living in a 5-star resort! The team is attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything. Plus, I feel safe here and can truly call this place "home sweet home." Thank you, team, for everything!
Just moved into Marina Walk Apt and honestly can't complain. The entire leasing office staff are great - super responsive. Made moving from out of state way less stressful than it usually is. Had a couple maintenance issues come up and they handled them quickly, didn't have to wait around or follow up multiple times like at my old place. I moved into Marina Walk about a month ago. I wanted to wait to make a review until I really had a feel for the building and staff. I moved into the building from another state and I was not able to see it in person before signing a lease. I was very nervous, but my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Outstanding new Apartment Condos. Spacious units looking right out and over the Maximo Marina and bay. The grounds and pool and gym are Outstanding! Great community of people live here definitely a first choice place. Very close to downtown and the white sand beaches of St. Pete beach. Commuting to Tampa or Sarasota is only about 28 mins on a good day. This should definitely be on your radar for a quality and elegance in living a Florida lifestyle. :)
Immaculate, well maintained extremely quiet. Handful of people at the pool occasionally. Working people. A few dogs. Have to get deliveries from mail room very annoying. V convenient vending fridge in side lobby like a Marriott or Sheraton. Incredible location for every kind of food. Healthcare. Publix Walmart next door. Lots of closets and storage. Huge bathrooms. Amenities as thoughtful and accessible as any 5 star resort. Beautiful views outdoor spaces
