The front desk staff behave rudely; they lack even basic respect and professional skills in dealing with patients.
Dr.Shvets gave an excellent advice and I received excellent care. Xray specialist, nurses, and receptionists worked brilliantly. I had awful lot of expenses having doctors with poor bedside manner, and I wish every physician I come across could be as excellent as Dr.Shvets, whom while explaining my issue to, carefully listened and studied what I had to say and reciprocated with an excellent advice! This type of care should be advocated for!
I have been to many podiatrists over the years, this one is by far the worst. She did not seem to understand the problem I was having despite telling her multiple times. She then said I could go see another doctor if I needed help with my toe. I don’t understand why, as she is supposed to be a doctor.
