I applied I was given false hope of application being worked on I paid holding deposit i just wanted a answer so I could move on finally I gave up and requested the holding deposit back and still haven’t received it back I applied in the beginning of March I asked for deposit back in April it’s now May.
UPDATE: Since the shift in management it has been a downhill spiral. Basic unit necessities like smoke alarms are taking 3+ months to restore in working order along with other basic maintenance requests. And some of the family of staff try to abuse their “status”. “These apartments are very affordable and very close to downtown so the location is convenient. The staff are friendly and responsive to questions and concerns.
I recommend Marina Plaza Apartments the community is clean, and the neighbors are very friendly. I really like the open space in the community, When I visit my unit I was so surprised with all the rooms space the big windows with a plenty of lights. I also had a very good experience with Jessie. She is very professional ( She is always ready to fix any issue as fast she can) She made the move in process very easy to be compete.
