Long delay in getting light installed with little communication. Also need updates on my rent payment. No response as of yet.
I applied I was given false hope of application being worked on I paid holding deposit i just wanted a answer so I could move on finally I gave up and requested the holding deposit back and still haven’t received it back I applied in the beginning of March I asked for deposit back in April it’s now May.
UPDATE: Since the shift in management it has been a downhill spiral. Basic unit necessities like smoke alarms are taking 3+ months to restore in working order along with other basic maintenance requests. And some of the family of staff try to abuse their “status”.
