I visited Natalie to get my layers trimmed and to get the “curtain bangs” look. I showed Natalie what I was hoping to achieve and was so excited to get my hair done with her. I found her via social media and thought she had done well with her other clients. I wish I would have looked elsewhere. I have never cried so hard from how horrible my hair has turned out.
