No one in their leasing office wants to work, apparently. I have called several times to inquire about vacant apartments, but never received a response. When I sent an email, I received a very canned response, "Someone will be in touch..." but I never received any response. Today, I was walking by their leasing office, and there was an "OPEN" sign in the window, but no one answered after I rang the bell twice. If this is an indication of how they treat their tenants, I would not want to live here!
I lived here for two years in my late twenties, before moving to Philadelphia. I had a very positive living experience here. Below is a review of the good and bad: The good: -Jermaine, the property manager, is reliable and responsive. He listens to you and puts in a massive effort to keep everyone happy. -The apartments are located near Cooper River Park, Knight Park and Collingswood-Downtown. Jermaine is a Good maintenance man and very respectable
Saw apt Wednesday last week. Very nice and helpful general manager showed us the apt. Friday left inquire for Danielle n couple phone calls . Got hold of her today and now she raised the price ! Bad business practices! Don't thank me for understanding!! We been calling Danielle since Friday and today just got hold of her. So NO I don't understand, you could have honored the price given especially since we kept trying to get in touch with the office staff. Very pour business you run !!!
