Visited a family member and as I left early in the morning around 4am, I sat in my car for a bit before leaving and witnessed a man and a woman attempting to break into vehicles in their parking lot. Walking up to cars seeing if they’re unlocked. I started my vehicle and they took off. The apartments itself are nice and I understand they have zero control over criminals, but just be careful in the parking lots at odd hours. I’d recommend putting up security cameras. Location is nice, been living here about 5 months, friendly neighbors. But, starting mid September I noticed an abundance of wasps or hornets entering my apartment, I'm talking one or two every morning, big deal since I'm allergic. After about a week of this going on I notified maintenance, who told me it was because my top windows were very slightly open. Having them closed and locked since then you'd think the issue would resolve. Almost immediately the next day, I still see two more in the morning. After another week of n... read more

No one in their leasing office wants to work, apparently. I have called several times to inquire about vacant apartments, but never received a response. When I sent an email, I received a very canned response, "Someone will be in touch..." but I never received any response. Today, I was walking by their leasing office, and there was an "OPEN" sign in the window, but no one answered after I rang the bell twice. If this is an indication of how they treat their tenants, I would not want to live here!
