The owner is sketchy I watch him on a daily move cars in and out the lot. i'm a visitor to RVA... I watch ppl take the cars and return the next day so I happen to be walking pass I asked the year of a malibu he ignored me and stressed that I come on the lot to know the year. confusion, I already knew he was a scam. which the current 4 customers were side eyeing him already.
