I originally came here for Glamour Closet, but ended up getting my wedding dress from the Marina Morrison side! I was looking for a "clean gown" and this shop is small but mighty in options. I realized that many wedding dress designers are located in NYC, so if you're in SF, Marina Morrison is one of the few places that carries those dresses and has their trunk shows. I didn’t end up choosing a dress from Marina Morrison, although it was close, and they had a lot of really lovely options. This five star review is specifically for my experience with Sammi. Sammi was SUPER sweet and really listened to how I was feeling in each dress. She took the time to ask specific questions about different features, and when it was clear I was a little overwhelmed she had some really helpful tips and thought experiments for choosing “the one”. This bridal store in San Francisco has absolutely stunning dresses and offers outstanding service. Even though they were fully booked they accommodated me for a last-minute appointment since I don't reside in SF. Sammie and the entire team were exceptionally supportive, providing valuable advice and understanding precisely what I was looking for and what would suit me best. Thank you so much!!
My wedding dress shopping with my girlfriends turned out to be a horrible experience. The consultant, who seemed disinterested, made no effort to suggest dresses that fit my size.
