I have ppo. Receptionist refused to hear anything I had to say. Continued to tell me I have Medicare only. This is after my insurance called her. But as no one speaks English she had no clue what was said. Very belligerent. Very full of "respect my authority" to the point of gaslighting me. Telling me to watch my tone. Wow. Just wow.
I wish I can put -5 star…. The worst attitude people, extremely rude. Make an appointment over the phone, came next day and front desk said who set this appointment ( even though they have it in the system) doesn’t matter if I have an appointment- get out!!! Brighton is brighton… those people will never change
