J’etais au salon pour mon rendez-vous de 11:30 avec Dani, pour changer la couleur de mes cheveux . Malheureusement j’ai du passé 8h de temps pour ce service. Il travaille tout seul et il s’occupe en même temps des clients sans rdv. Il m’a laissé avec les cheveux mouillés pour presque une heure pour aller colorer les cheveux d’une autre personne. C’est pas personnel au contraire mais vous avez besoin de revoir votre gestion et la manière de prise de rendez-vous ca marche pas comme ça les choses!
