Where should I begin. The overall experience with Dr. Ahmed Sadek was great. He explained in details the source of what was causing my bone loss. A root canal procedure was done which helped to cease the spread of the bone loss being caused due to a traumatic crack my molar had that led to an infection. After 3 months, I went for a follow up appointment and received great news when Dr Ahmed did another X-ray and showed almost 90% of bone growth that was not expected until 6 months possibly. Five well deserved stars! I had a very pleasant visit at Marina Endodontics. The office is very welcoming and clean. The staff, Mary and Alex are friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. I was impressed with the advanced technology equipment, and even more with the dexterity of Dr. Sadek. Dr. Sadek took the time to explain in detail all the areas of concern detected by the 3-D imaging. He took additional photos to further show and explain. Overall great experience. Dr. Sadek explained everything really well and I really felt I understood his thinking process on what he was checking for and how it will guide his choice of treatment. He was able to fit me into his schedule, and I felt like it went perfect and I left the office pain-free. Front desk and support staff were also awesome in communicating insurance, check in, receipts, billing, etc, and provided snacks and water. They were so friendly and professional.
Dr. Sadek is a MASTER. This is the person you want to see if you need a root canal...especially if it's a second one on the same tooth. My daughter had a root canal that failed so we were referred to Dr. Sadek. He has the most high tech equipment, and his skill at using these items to rectify a situation is unmatched. When my daughter's tooth was hurting for a third time, I was thinking, let's just pull this thing. As I was driving to my appointment, I honestly felt nervous and apprehensive about the unknown evaluation & diagnosis of a potential root canal. Both Dr Sadek and his friendly staff quickly allayed all those feelings once I arrived.
