Dr. Sadek is an amazing Doctor. He TRULY loves what he does. His character and integrity is head and shoulders above any Doctor I’ve ever met. In 2023 I had 2 root canals redone and a new one done somewhere else. Late 2025 I had a dental CT scan done and found out all of them have infection in them, one extremely bad and roots that weren’t completely filled in. I wanted to share my excellent experience with Dr. Sadek. He is a consummate endodontist professional. He thoroughly explained the root canal process beforehand and then efficiently resolved my issue. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. The office environment is also very comfortable, and Mary is a sweetheart. I cannot recommend them enough
To anyone with dental issues and need a root canal, this is the place. I was not blessed with the best oral genetics but I'm thankful for Marina Endodontics to help me get through my my dental issues. It's a small office staff and they all work like a family and treat you like family. They get a 5/5 for knowledge, communication, and treatment. Personally, 10/10 for friendliness, conversation and overall a great office visit all around. I highly recommend this office if anyone is in need of an endodontist.
Where should I begin. The overall experience with Dr. Ahmed Sadek was great. He explained in details the source of what was causing my bone loss. A root canal procedure was done which helped to cease the spread of the bone loss being caused due to a traumatic crack my molar had that led to an infection. After 3 months, I went for a follow up appointment and received great news when Dr Ahmed did another X-ray and showed almost 90% of bone growth that was not expected until 6 months possibly. Five well deserved stars! I had a very pleasant visit at Marina Endodontics. The office is very welcoming and clean. The staff, Mary and Alex are friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. I was impressed with the advanced technology equipment, and even more with the dexterity of Dr. Sadek. Dr. Sadek took the time to explain in detail all the areas of concern detected by the 3-D imaging. He took additional photos to further show and explain.
