Horrible management. New management every fews months I’ve lived here for 4+ years just moved out and management never gets better. They answer the phone with attitudes all the time also. They give you a hard time about getting your security deposit back. They still owe me over $3,000 and won’t reply to my emails or phone calls. I do not recommend you moving here. That goes for Marina Del Viento, Marina Del Mar, and Marina Del Sol it’s all the same management. Terrible
If I could leave zero stars I would. Beautiful building, horrible management. They charge you for things you don’t use, make sure you check your bill online, because they add things and when you go to the office, they say they will remove those charges, but they never do and you just keep going to the office and what they say: “what do you want me to do?”. Like this is not normal.
