If I could leave zero stars I would. Beautiful building, horrible management. They charge you for things you don’t use, make sure you check your bill online, because they add things and when you go to the office, they say they will remove those charges, but they never do and you just keep going to the office and what they say: “what do you want me to do?”. Like this is not normal.
Beautiful newer community in a prime location just steps away from the beach and with amazing intercostal views. Staff is so incredibly pleasant and maintenance team is amazing! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new apartment.
Best kept secret in sunny isles beach. Truly, this is equivalent to trump’s plazas and more. Many swimming pools to choose from, grills, fitness centers, business centers, public space area. It’s amazing place to live in. Quite at night, parking garage is clean and controlled. Gated community, very clean public space , fitness center , restrooms .
